We are delighted to inform members that the Annual General Meeting of Directors UK will take place online at 6pm on Tuesday 8 September 2020.
As a result of the coronavirus pandemic, this year’s AGM will be a hybrid event, with members only able to attend virtually via video conference. Minimal staff will be at the Directors UK offices, however this venue will not be open to members.
We do hope you will be able to join us at this year’s hybrid AGM. If you would like to attend via video conference, please RSVP through the website.
This year we are asking members to vote on motions ahead of the AGM, including voting on changes to our Articles of Association that will allow us to hold future AGMs fully online if needed. Information on these motions is available below.
Due to the nature of this year’s event, no votes will be taken at the AGM itself – you are requested and encouraged to participate in the meeting electronically and all members are invited to vote online in advance on the motions that will be presented at the AGM. The voting period will close BEFORE the event, at 10.30am on Tuesday 8 September.
Alternatively, members can nominate the Chair to vote as a proxy on their behalf by downloading and returning a proxy form.
To vote online, or appoint a proxy, please visit www.mi-vote.com and enter your unique voting code, which you should have received via email or post.

Online voting for the AGM motions will close at 10.30am on Tuesday 8 September 2020. NO VOTES WILL BE TAKEN AT THE AGM ITSELF.
